Does Vintage Sports offer factory or office tours?
We currently do not offer factory tours. Thank you for understanding. The factories we work with are in England, the United States, New Zealand and in the Far East.
Is all the merchandise you sell owned by Vintage Sports?
Yes, everything you find on VintageSports.com has been personally selected by our staff for its historic significance or vintage prestige.
Are all the product on VintageSports.com historic items?
While many of our items are historic pieces, we also carry certain vintage reproduction items that are specified as such in their product descriptions.
How reliable is product availability?
Product availability is updated hourly. When you select your item, you will be notified regarding availability. Many of our products are rare and difficult to find. As such purchases are often driven by an event which means that more than one person is trying to purchase at the same time. Our system is highly sophisticated and will prevent an item being ordered by two people at once. In the unlikely situation where availability is uncertain we will allocate the product on a first come basis. Of course we will contact you to advise on further availability and confirm how you wish to proceed.
Will Vintage Sports restock sale items?
Rarely, we may reduce the price of an item. It is highly unlikely that we will restock a product that has been reduced in price. Vintage Sports seeks to sell rare, hard to find items that are unique and can never be replaced.
Does Vintage Sports price match?
Although we don't price match, we do have occasional promotions throughout the season. Please check Vintage Sports’ website and social media channels regularly for details.
The item I received looks different to the image I saw on Vintage Sports
We do all that we can to ensure that images, prices and colors are perfect. We cannot be held responsible for any manufacturer errors or product changes. All product images on our website are as accurate as possible, however due to the inconsistency of monitors and screens, color tones and shades may vary slightly. With the handmade nature of certain products, we stock, we cannot guarantee that each product looks identical to the product photography our site.
How do I know your signed gear is authentic?
Our founder, Bernard Frei has been involved in Sport and the business of sport for over thirty-five years. From his rugby playing to his work as the founder of www.WorldSoccerShop.com and www.WorldRugbyShop.com and more recently as the Managing Director of Soccer.com he has built a network of reputable partners who provide autographed memorabilia services to the world’s greatest sporting icons. We only buy from guaranteed commercial sources. Sadly, we cannot buy from private collectors. We buy much of our European product through Icons. Icons has been in business since 1999. Icons is the official partner of UEFA and FIFA. We buy our US signed merchandise via Steiner Sports now Fanatics.
How do you get player signatures?
Our products come from closed signing sessions at which the player is paid a fee. Our partners deal directly with the players' representatives and because they have worked with them for many years, they trust our partners and often personally recommend them to other agents and sporting figures. As a way of safeguarding our guarantee that everything sold on VintageSports.com is what we say it is, we never buy memorabilia from members of the public. We never, ever accost players at matches, outside training grounds or in airport terminals and we never, ever buy products from companies who do this.
Do you offer coupons?
Yes, we occasionally offer online promotion code offers to our email subscribers. These offers are redeemable for orders placed directly through the vintagesports.com website.

What methods of payment do you accept?
Payment for online orders can be made with a credit card, PayPal or Amazon Pay. We accept the following: Visa MasterCard American Express Discover Card We will charge your card and email an order confirmation number to you.
I'm not comfortable ordering online.
Vintage Sports can only accept orders online. Shopping on our site is safe and secure. We use SSL encryption to keep your information safe, and we never distribute your personal information to third-party vendors.
Is it possible to order by email or fax?
Sorry but we cannot reliably accept orders by fax or email due to the obvious personal information security issues. We are happy to deal with initial enquiries via our contact us page, but all orders will be processed on our secure website.
What is the security check?
We take security seriously. To ensure the integrity of all data all orders are processed through a rigorous security check. All new orders are checked for irregularities. If your order fails to complete the security check, we will contact you by email or phone to request additional information so that we can validate your details
I received an email indicating that the card details entered did not match the details held by the card issuer.
Sorry, but if the card issuer disputes the details, we are unable to process the order. If there are any discrepancies, they will be flagged and we will need you to contact us with confirmation of your billing address.
Why are you charging me sales tax?
We always try to manage tax issues within the spirit as well as letter of the law. We are committed to paying our fair share of tax, in each of the jurisdictions in which we trade. For the time being we only do business in Alabama. If you live in Alabama then you will be charged the applicable sales taxes for the State. Tax matters are managed through robust business processes and controls to ensure we comply with the law and make tax returns, payments and disclosures to the tax authorities accurately and on time.
Am I responsible for my use tax?
Yes. As with all online sales, all use tax is the customer’s responsibility to report on their taxes at year end. Vintage Sports is not responsible for any tax customers fail to report.
Are my details retained for future orders?
We keep records of your name and address and records of the orders you may have placed previously.
Can I return an item because I do not like it?
Yes, of course, we happily accept returns on items in their complete, original condition and packaging. The item must be unused, unworn, unlaundered, and unblemished.
Will you accept returned signed memorabilia?
No, sorry, all signed memorabilia sales are final to protect the integrity and authenticity of the item.
Will you accept part of a set?
No, sorry. Items that are purchased as part of a set must be returned as a set
Can personalized items be exchanged?
Once an item has been customized it cannot be exchanged unless it is faulty. If the product is later deemed to have a fault of manufacture your rights remain unaffected and we will be pleased to offer a refund or exchange.
What does the refund process look like?
To process your return please visit our Returns Center Once we receive and accept your returned item, we will issue you a refund for the price you (less any applicable shipping and handling charges). Credits will be made to the original form of payment. Credits to gift cards may take as long as thirty (30) days to be processed. You may use the return shipping method of your choice, at your own expense. Please ship your return to: Returns 983 Yeager Parkway Pelham Alabama 35124. Please include a copy of your invoice with the return so that we can properly credit your account. If you no longer have your invoice or if the back of your invoice is blank, you can print the details on a note.
Do you refund shipping costs?
We do not refund return shipping costs. However, where an error was made on our part, we will email you a return label to be used at no cost to you.
If I am ordering from Canada, am I liable for import taxes?
For Canadian customers: All customs fees and any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient (including, but not limited to, taxes, duties, holding fees). We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for current, up-to-date information prior to placing your order. We are not be liable for any costs incurred because of a recipient's refusal to pay customs charges. We will bill accordingly for any charges incurred by Vintage Sports because of the recipient's refusal to pay charges levied by Customs.
If I am ordering from outside of the United States, am I liable for import taxes?

Can personalized items be returned or exchanged?
Once items have been personalized it cannot be exchanged unless faulty.
How do I return a product if I'm not happy with it?

I refused delivery of the package and now you are charging me for shipping, why?
If you have refused the delivery of your package, or not contacted the courier after they have attempted to deliver to you, you are liable for the return charges to have it returned to us. This amount varies depending on where the package is returned from and its size.
I returned an item and it was incorrectly refunded or replaced.
We are sorry if we made a mistake when processing your request. If you were expecting a replacement and got a refund instead, it may be because we were unable to exchange the item for what you wanted due to stock availability. It may also be because we were unable to reach you. In this case we would automatically issue you with a refund. If you contact our service team to reorder, we will offer free delivery on the replacement item(s). If you were expecting a refund and we sent you replacement goods please get in touch via email.
